Profhilo is the first BDDE-free injectable Hyaluronic Acid for hydrating skin and treating skin laxity.
With one of the highest concentrations of HA in the market (64mg/2cc), the stabilised HA lasts in the skin for about 28 days.
Profhilo works because of 2 types of hyaluronic acid: L-HA and H-HA. This hybrid of HA allows hyaluronic acid to be released slowly and lasts longer allowing bioremodeling to take place.
L-HA as a hybrid complex is released slowly and hydrates your skin, providing the Hydro effect.
H-HA provides a stable HA architecture in the dermis that allows volumetric replacement, giving the Lift effect.
During this time, the slow release of HA kickstarts stimulation of 4 different types of collagen and elastin.
Histologically, the expression levels of type I and type III collagen and type IV and VII collagen in keratinocytes are increased.
Profilo treatment is considered a bioremodelling therapy. This unique stabilized hybrid cooperative HA complex has different biological properties when compared to monotherapy with either High or Low molecular weight HAs. The resistance to enzymatic degradation, slow release action and biocompatibility properties makes it different from the standard HAs in today's market.
The slow release action of Profhilo treatment provides hydration at the epidermal layer and enhances volume within the dermal architecture. There is an up-regulation of the 4 main types of collagen. There is an increased expression of type I and III collagen in fibroblasts and type IV and VII in keratinocytes. In addition, elastin and natural HAs within the skin are stimulated. This multimodal effect increases hydration, elasticity and lifting effect of the skin.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AUDREY FILLERS are manufactured by Ostin Bio, Co., Ltd using hyaluronic acid derived from non-animal origins with high purity; hence it is biocompatible when injected into the body. AUDREY FILLERS are composed of highly purified and internationally recognized derivatives of hyaluronic acid that constantly maintain elasticity in the skin. AUDREY FILLERS are developed with MSFT or Multiple Swelling Formulation Technology, a core method patented by Ostin Bio. It is a method where the hyaluronic acid in the dermal filler uses minimal cross-linking agents. It uses a blend of gels with different swelling ratios to increase hydration and safely maintain volume once injected into the skin. This innovative procedure gives AUDREY FILLERS an excellent volume effect, outstanding tissue adhesion, and high cohesiveness. It also minimizes free radical formation by significantly reducing proteins that may cause hypersensitivity reactions. Upon clinical trials, AUDREY FILLERS shows low unit levels of endotoxin, thus holding an outstanding safety profile. AUDREY FILLERS come in different variants according to their consistency. The hard variation of the AUDREY Filler is manufactured with a higher viscosity and more volume than the soft type, thus resulting in a more robust shaping capacity after injection. It somehow prevents deformation and can be effective for a longer duration. BENEFITS
DURATION OF EFFECT AUDREY H FILLERS can last up to 10-18 months. Effects are visible immediately or will take about 2-3 days. However, some redness and swelling may occur at the injection site and will be gone after a few days. You can also apply ice packs to the injection site to help reduce redness and swelling. PACKAGING AND SPECIFICATIONS AUDREY H FILLERS come in varying quantities from 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes to 3mL and 10mL syringes. The most considerable amount is packaged in a 50mL vial. Audrey H with Lidocaine Fillers also come in 1.1mL syringes and varying quantities upon order. |
