Ellanse is a latex-free, pyrogen-free, completely biodegradable temporary dermal filler created by AQTIS Medical BV. The complete fillers range-Ellanse S, Ellanse M, Ellanse L, and Ellanse E-is made of polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres homogeneously suspended in a gel carrier composed of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), glycerin, and phosphate-buffered saline. Once administered, PCL microspheres stimulate collagen production, resulting in firmer skin and diminished facial creases. Each box comes with two prefilled 2mL syringes, 4-27G¾" sterile needles, and a patient information leaflet. All the dermal fillers have been packaged in a sterile environment and must be stored in a clean and dry place with a registered temperature ranging from 15ºC to 25ºC.
Ellanse is a natural biostimulator as it helps to boost natural collagen growth in a process known as neocollagenesis.
You can treat areas that lack volume such as the temple and brow area, cheeks, nasolabial folds, jaw lines, nose, marionette lines, and chin. A great purpose for which to consider to buy Ellanse.
The skin gets its distinctive elasticity from collagen. This cell is a structural protein found in many parts of the human body-from hard bones to soft yet pliable skin. Collagen fibers are a supplier of mechanical strength to the skin by forming an interconnected structural framework. Other cells, such as hyaluronic acid, are part of this structure within which they perform their individual functions.
In younger years, these cells are produced plentifully and function efficiently. But, problems arise when biological aging and external skin-damaging influences (e.g., smoking, sunlight, pollution, improper diet) lower the quantity and functionality of dermal cells, leading to a visible loss of volume. Hence, wrinkles and creases emerge in areas where most facial expressions occur, like the forehead and cheeks. If left untreated, patients may look gaunt or older than their age.
Ellanse has been created using PCL microspheres suspended in a gel carrier composed of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), glycerin, and phosphate-buffered saline. Polycaprolactone is a soft medical polymer generally used in biomedical applications such as sutures, drug delivery systems, and tissue engineering. This polymer is renowned for its non-toxic, biodegradable, and biostimulatory effects. After application, PCL microspheres increase collagen synthesis and strengthen the skin scaffolding. Hence, skin depressions are seamlessly filled and lifted. Ellanse is a natural biostimulator as it helps to boost natural collagen growth in a process known as neocollagenesis. Ellanse products have tuneable longevity and total bioresorbability properties for sustained performance. The treatments are also cost-effective in the long run as the effects are very durable.
Just like any other aesthetic treatment, only approved medical practitioners with experience in dermal injections are legally permitted by policy to conduct procedures using Ellanse. Also, performing the treatments Ellanse is popular for while strictly observing aseptic guidelines is extremely important. Not following these principles may result in infections and other severe aftereffects. Thoroughly assess patients' medical information to determine their suitability. Patients should also be informed of the warnings, precautions, aftercare methods, and possible effects of the chosen filler.
Before treatment, disinfect the targeted areas, determine patients' need for pain relievers, and administer suitable anesthesia if necessary. Assemble the medical device as shown on the patient information leaflet included in the packs. Once ready, inject the filler slowly into the subdermal layer. You may use the tunneling technique for optimum results. Massage the corrected areas to distribute the filler gel uniformly for a more natural volume appearance. Discard any remaining gel and used medical supplies including syringe. Refer to the patient information leaflet for detailed instructions for use.
Ellanse fillers are different compared to other dermal fillers in the market due to their impressive longevity. The viscoelastic gel has tuneable longevity and total bioresorbability properties, whereby it can last for an extended period of time, after which it will be completely disintegrated into the neighboring tissues without a trace. Filler Ellansé treatment can deliver effects ranging in duration from 1 year to 4 years or more. Nevertheless, the residence time and duration of the performance vary on an individual basis.
